The role involves managing executive calendars, overseeing office operations, and improving internal workflows while adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars and scheduling for senior executives
Own day-to-day San Francisco office operations, including vendors, guests, and logistics
Improve internal workflows, systems, and recurring processes
Coordinate interview scheduling and onsite recruiting logistics
Support team events, office initiatives, and offsites
Handle ad hoc requests with discretion and urgency
Qualification
Required
2+ years in an executive assistant, operations, or similar role
Strong organization, communication, and ownership mindset
Comfort juggling shifting priorities in a startup environment
High emotional intelligence and strong people instincts
Based in or able to commute to San Francisco
