Inside Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales goals by advancing the sale, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market penetration
Develop deep knowledge of McGraw-Hill PreK-12 programs and deliver consultative, engaging product presentations to key stakeholders
Build, manage, and prioritize a customer base by developing customer profiles, identifying needs, and maintaining visibility and promotional activity
Execute strategic territory plans, perform targeted outreach via phone and email, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with strong follow-through
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to influence sales and develop winning solution proposals
Operate efficiently in a full-time remote role, leveraging multiple software platforms and devices, with up to 30% travel as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
3 years' education and/or sales experience required
Microsoft software skills: Outlook and Power Point (basic), Word and Excel (intermediate)
Salesforce CRM
Proven ability to organize daily tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and complete work without external distractions
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Preferred
Prior experience working in the educational publishing space is highly preferred
