Graduate - Audi Region Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

Support the Region with sales, inventory, and wholesale analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
Develop and automate reports for field and dealer network that track KPIs, improving dealer conversations and insight on current trends
Support the Region Operations Specialist on daily tasks and liaise with HQ Sales Operations on forecasting, budget, and report development
Measure performance for parts inventory, purchases, and sales (workshop & non-workshop) to identify market trends and opportunities
Develop and automate reports for field and dealer network to track KPIs, improving dealer conversations and operational insights
Support the Region After Sales Manager (RASM) and Parts & Accessories Specialist (PAS) on daily tasks, including Internal & Dealer Program Reporting and Communications
Attend weekly conference calls for franchising and facility upgrades, update spreadsheets, and learn DPMS and Smart Systems for reporting purposes
Update franchise tracking activity report
Conduct GM audit and update master list with changes
Generate/update franchise-related letters
Audit Dealer Bio’s list to identify gaps and work with field team to fulfill remaining dealer bios
Download and distribute reports to region and field staff

Required

Preferred Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Intelligence, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and auditing tasks
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic business environment
Data analysis and interpretation of sales, inventory, and wholesale metrics
KPI tracking and reporting for retail and after-sales performance
Data visualization using tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
Forecasting and budgeting support for regional operations
Knowledge of automotive retail operations and dealer network processes
Familiarity with systems like DPMS and Smart Systems for facility and franchise reporting
