Responsibilities

Source world-class technical talent across engineering by combining proven sourcing fundamentals with inventive, high-touch strategies
Leverage Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter as your primary tools— supplementing with competitive research, talent mapping, referrals, niche communities, and more
Partner directly with engineering leadership and recruiters to refine profiles, share real-time market insights, and build diverse, high-caliber pipelines from scratch
Conduct thoughtful initial screens to assess talent quality, alignment, and slope while creating an exceptional early candidate experience

Required

3+ years of proven experience recruiting at high velocity for technical roles in fast-paced environments
You know LinkedIn Recruiter well (required) and are comfortable using Ashby

You work well with goals and metrics while keeping quality high
You're resourceful, detail-minded, and enjoy solving challenging searches
