Business Development Manager – Enterprise Services
Pinnacle Talent Placement is an AI-first services and solutions company that partners with Fortune 500 organizations. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new enterprise revenue and expand existing client relationships by identifying and closing new opportunities within large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise accounts and targeted prospects
Lead discovery conversations to understand client priorities, challenges, and transformation initiatives
Develop and progress opportunities from early-stage discussions through contract execution
Expand existing client relationships by identifying adjacent initiatives, follow-on work, and new stakeholders
Collaborate with technical leaders and delivery teams to design solutions aligned to client needs
Contribute to solution shaping, staffing approaches, pricing models, and commercial structures
Coordinate proposal development, RFP responses, and statements of work (SOWs)
Manage deal progression, internal approvals, and stakeholder alignment throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Support account planning and longer-term growth strategies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or services sales
Experience selling technology or consulting services to Fortune 500 organizations
Good technology sales expertise with an AI focus
Demonstrated involvement in both new opportunity development and account expansion
Experience participating in end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery through close
Exposure to services-based commercial models, including project-based work, staffing, or managed services
Ability to engage with multiple stakeholder groups across technical, operational, and business teams
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Exposure to AI, automation, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure services
Experience working with enterprise IT organizations and procurement processes
Prior experience supporting Fortune 500 or similarly complex clients
