Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels

Drive e-commerce KPIs like ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, and retention

Help plan and execute promos, product drops, seasonal campaigns, and launches

Monitor performance daily and make smart, quick optimizations (creative, targeting, bidding, budgets)

Partner with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and iterations

Improve the customer journey from ad click → landing page → checkout

Track performance with GA4, Shopify, pixels, UTMs, attribution tools and build clear weekly reporting

Bring new channel ideas and testing frameworks to the table (always improving, always iterating)
