Responsibilities

Partner closely with Producers to support client relationships and align claims strategy with account objectives
Liaise with carrier claim representatives and carrier account managers to facilitate timely claim handling and escalate issues when appropriate
Interpret and explain policy language, coverage provisions, sublimit, deductibles, and endorsements in clear, practical terms
Assist clients in responding to coverage positions, reservation of rights letters, and partial denials, including identifying areas for clarification or dispute
Advocate for fair and appropriate claim outcomes, supporting negotiations related to scope, damages, and settlement
Review and analyze estimates, invoices, reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy and consistency with policy terms

Required

3+ years of commercial property claims handling or claims advocacy experience
Strong understanding of commercial property insurance policies and coverage interpretation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office
Active adjuster license or ability to obtain required licensing (as applicable)

Preferred

Experience reviewing and analyzing property damage estimates (Xactimate or similar platforms preferred)
Experience with Applied Systems EPIC and Sharepoint is a major plus
