Responsibilities
Interface with clients and Business Unit VP's to ensure the required deliverables are being met, including monthly/period reports and project reviews
Participate in Project Support Team activities & Periodic audits of processes to ensure Contractual and Day & Zimmermann Procedural compliance. This activity will include travel
Qualification
Required
Primavera P6 knowledge including cost and resource loaded schedules is a must
Earned Value Management experience
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and exceptional organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills and must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently
Knowledge of general project controls functions and the ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor progress
Good computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI
SAP R/3 experience is a plus
Successful completion of background screening process
Preferred
Some college or post secondary education preferred
Ten plus years experience in related project controls assignments
Computer proficiency certifications a plus or equivalent education
