The role involves answering and responding to internal and external calls, providing information about hotel facilities, and ensuring outstanding guest service and safety during emergencies.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services

Respond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations

Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling

Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc

Qualification

Multi-line telephone experienceGuest/customer service experiencePBX system operationOffice equipment operationCommunication skills

Required

Three years guest/customer facing experience in a similar role that utilizes a multi-line telephone (administration, call center, reception, hosting, etc.)

Availability to work both AM and PM shifts as needed, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed
