Responsibilities
Lead monthly consolidated close, including preparing consolidating and eliminating entries
Review global accounting submissions for accuracy and policy compliance
Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts; resolve unusual variances
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership
Support year‑end close, consolidated financial statements, and footnote preparation
Assist with complex accounting matters (new GAAP standards, acquisitions/divestitures, etc.)
Coordinate interim and year‑end audit requests
Partner with internal teams on accounting issues and process improvements
Contribute to global statutory filings and collaborate with legal on requirements
Research U.S. GAAP and help update accounting policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4–7 years of accounting experience
knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidations
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Multi‑company or multinational experience a plus
CPA strongly preferred
