Responsibilities

Key role at play in converting the technical skills of our Chinese engineers and international EOM partners into our local Standards

Assist with process qualification with the new equipment and technologies

Create test parameters and analyze performance data for process optimization

Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes

Develop training document Standard for future production members

Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to optimize processes

Help with process failure investigations and implement long-term solutions

Conduct feasibility studies for fabrication and processing improvements

Work closely with production team to improve efficiency and product quality

Assist the maintenance team with building the equipment supervision plan

Develop and execute continuous improvement plans

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering

Three (3) years of related engineering experience in an extrusion blow moulding and/or plastic injection moulding plastics environment focused on process optimization, continuous improvement, and manufacturing excellence

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment

Strong coordination skills

Proven experience in supporting new technology production projects

Experience analyzing production equipment, processes and materials and solving issues

Ability to conduct feasibility studies and troubleshoot engineering issues

Experience in developing SOPs and continuous improvement plans

Ability to mentor and guide production team

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer, regardless of authorization or visa transfer
