Responsibilities
Apply dermatology expertise to evaluate dermatology-related medical content generated or reviewed by AI systems
Contribute to structured evaluations assessing AI safety, evidence quality, and clinical appropriateness
Identify and document failure modes and edge cases (e.g., missed melanoma red flags, unsafe topical/systemic therapy advice, inappropriate reassurance or referral delays)
Assess alignment with dermatology guidelines and real-world clinical workflows
Maintain strict confidentiality and NDA compliance
Qualification
Required
Clinical training in dermatology or a closely related field, such as:
Board-certified or board-eligible dermatologists
Dermatology fellows or residents with strong clinical experience
Active or recent involvement in dermatologic clinical practice
Familiarity with evidence-based dermatology guidelines and standard-of-care treatments
Strong clinical judgment with the ability to provide concise, concrete rationales
Interest in health AI evaluation and responsible use of medical data
Reliable remote setup and comfort working asynchronously
Preferred
Training at strong academic centers or high-volume dermatology practices
Subspecialty expertise (e.g., skin oncology, pediatric dermatology, complex medical dermatology)
Regular engagement with dermatology literature and guidelines
Safety-first, conservative approach to diagnosis and treatment
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through
