Responsibilities
Assist with quarterly valuation models and analysis
Prepare valuation metrics, summaries, and reports
Support SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) and internal management reporting
Coordinate valuation support for auditors and third-party consultants
Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/Master's a plus)
1.5-3 years of experience in public accounting, banking, or finance
Strong GAAP and accounting background
Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
Preferred
Valuation or financial modeling experience preferred
CPA or CFA (or in progress) preferred
