Responsibilities
Maintain professional ethics and ensure regulatory compliance while preparing and coordinating detailed client reports and documentation
Support new business development by assisting with proposals, client meetings, and contract completion to help grow the business
Provide ongoing client service by communicating regularly, resolving issues, coordinating meetings and education sessions, and building strong client relationships
Stay informed on market products and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and retention
May include travel to client locations to foster and expand client partnerships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Missouri Life & Health Producer's License (may be obtained upon hire)
Preferred
Three to five years' retirement plan experience
