Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of homes to identify preventative maintenance needs, damage, and safety concerns
Develop familiarity with all properties and assigned houses to ensure comprehensive evaluations
Document findings with accuracy and attention to detail, submitting reports to the Inspection Manager
Identify and report maintenance items that require attention, such as plumbing, electrical, or structural issues
Ensure all safety protocols are observed and recommend corrective actions as needed
Maintain detailed, organized records of inspections and findings using digital tools
Ensure high quality inspections while managing multiple tasks
