Responsibilities

Post daily cash received, wires, ACH, live checks and credit cards

Prepare and distribute customer statements

Bill or invoice daily shipments to SkyGeek's ERP

Complete received credit card reference requests

Scan and digitally file invoices and financial documents

Assist with month-end and year-end closing

Qualification

Accounting principlesMicrosoft ExcelAccounts receivable experienceOrganizedTask managementDetail-oriented

Required

Basic knowledge of accounting principles or practices

Proficiency (intermediate level) Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Three years of related accounting or clerical experience
