They are seeking a Bilingual Sales/Customer Service Representative who will deliver outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries and providing information about storage facilities and campgrounds.

Responsibilities

Professionally handle customer inquiries via phone and email

Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach

Perform any tasks as assigned by management

Ensure clear and timely communication with customers regarding property matters

Handle inbound calls from tenants/customers and potential tenants/customers promptly and professionally

Provide accurate and timely responses to customer emails or voicemails

Generate daily revenue reports in Excel

Maintain and troubleshoot communication equipment, reporting any issues promptly

Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00AM - 10:00PM

Must be available to work one weekend day per week
