Identifying new opportunities
Conducting outreach and follow-up meetings
Maintaining a client tracking system
Collaborating with marketing and leadership on growth strategies and promotional opportunities
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and results-driven individual
Passion for driving growth and expanding opportunities in the healthcare industry
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong project management skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales, or a healthcare-related field
At least five years of business development experience
Ability to identify new opportunities
Conduct outreach and follow-up meetings
Maintain a client tracking system
Collaborate with marketing and leadership on growth strategies and promotional opportunities
Ability to work primarily weekdays with a mix of office, clinic, and community-based work
Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% regionally
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales, or a healthcare-related field
