Responsibilities
Manage sales operations for HVAC, Plumbing, Controls, and Electrical service divisions
Support growth initiatives by driving revenue, profitability, and customer retention
Collaborate with sales, estimating, construction, and service teams to achieve business goals
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to Sales Representatives
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance reporting
Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of sales staff
Help implement sales and marketing strategies and identify new market opportunities
Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience in the MEP service industry
Demonstrated success supporting sales growth and managing sales activities
Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and business performance
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to travel throughout regional offices and customer locations
Maintain a drug-free workplace
Lead with integrity, accountability, and respect
Communicate effectively across departments and with customers
Work collaboratively as part of a team
Travel regularly within the region
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
