This role will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple Oracle Fusion modules and coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation across Financials, SCM, HCM, and related modules
Own overall program governance, planning, budgeting, and execution
Manage multiple workstreams, project managers, and system integrators
Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials
Ensure alignment between business requirements and Oracle Fusion solutions
Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
Manage change management, communication plans, and executive reporting
Ensure delivery meets scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
Travel as needed between Dallas, TX and Nashville, TN (approx. 25%)

Required

Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar ERP programs
Strong background leading Oracle Fusion implementations
Hands-on experience across multiple Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.)
Experience managing global or multi-location delivery teams
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to manage complex dependencies and parallel workstreams
Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors

Preferred

Prior experience in media, entertainment, or large consumer-facing organizations
PMP or similar program management certification
Experience with long-term enterprise transformation programs
