Responsibilities

Support attorneys with all phases of business litigation from case inception through resolution or trial

Draft, review, and file legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and pretrial materials

Assist in the coordination and management of discovery, including document collection, review, production, and analysis

Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other tools

Prepare case chronologies, deposition summaries, and trial exhibits

Coordinate with clients, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel

Manage deadlines and court calendars to ensure timely filings and case progression

Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files using document management systems

Assist attorneys during trial and arbitration proceedings as needed
