Commercial Real Estate Broker/Associate
RMC Property Group is a well-established Florida commercial real estate company seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Broker/Associate to join their Brokerage and Leasing team. The role involves business development, client engagement, landlord and tenant representation, and investment sales, with opportunities to inherit active leasing assignments and access multiple fee streams.

Responsibilities
Prospect and build relationships with tenants, owners, and tenant rep brokers
Conduct market canvassing, cold calling, and pipeline development
Attend tours, pitch meetings, and client presentations
Execute leasing strategies across retail, office, and industrial assets
Negotiate LOIs and leases for new deals, renewals, relocations, and expansions
Support acquisitions and dispositions
Assist with valuations, underwriting, comps, and pro forma modeling
Participate in the marketing and sale of investment properties
Track rents, absorption, competition, and tenant activity
Maintain real time knowledge of expansions and market trends
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker, licensed or in process
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with canvassing and generating new business
Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial
Proficient with Excel, CRM systems, and basic financial analysis
Preferred
One to five plus years of commercial real estate experience preferred, but motivated newcomers will be considered
Familiarity with Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets is a plus
