The State of Wisconsin is seeking a DMV Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality customer service at their Saukville Customer Service Center. The role involves face-to-face interactions with customers for driver licensing and vehicle registration, as well as some online processing and phone inquiries.

Responsibilities

Providing face-to-face customer support on driver licensing and vehicle registration

Issuing driver’s licenses, ID cards, instruction permits, motor vehicle registrations, vehicle titles, and license plates

Determining and collecting appropriate fees from customers

Working with customers who need to obtain an ID for voting purposes

Fielding questions from the public over the phone
