Responsibilities

Lead the development of a world-class manufacturing facility

Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and support Program Management Reviews (PMR) focused on cost, schedule, and quality

Manage product line capital purchases and budget

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure project completion within schedule and budget constraints

Drive the development of a factory visual workplace vision and roadmap

Ensure project management and manufacturing operations have clear performance metrics

Develop and leverage partnerships across organizations

Serve as an influencer across the business

Coach and mentor a world-class visual management team

Develop capacity analysis methodologies to inform project prioritization

Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, design, manufacturing, logistics, and other areas to achieve project delivery on time and within budget
