Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, build and deploy BI solutions to commercial needs
Analyze large amounts of information to discover and report on trends and patterns
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of BI solutions
Build continuous improvements and automation to improve existing processes
Support the team as a subject matter expert in PowerBI

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science or relevant field
3-5 years Commercial experience aligned Sales and Customer Care data and processes strongly preferred
Expertise in Power BI Required, certifications strongly preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com reporting, Microsoft Office, SQL Server, & Power Automate
Strong understanding of data structure best practices - data warehousing, modeling and mining
Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate organizational performance based upon information from disparate sources
