Senior Analyst, Consumer Insights – Research Design & Analysis Specialist
BSM Partners is a company focused on consumer insights and research design. They are seeking a Senior Analyst to interpret the consumer voice through various research methodologies, ensuring that market recommendations are grounded in consumer perspectives.
Responsibilities
Design and execute surveys, focus groups, IHUTs, and ethnographic studies
Manage recruitment, screening, and fieldwork processes
Program and analyze surveys in Qualtrics and Forsta
Integrate findings into larger market and trend narratives
Partner with analysts and editorial to ensure consumer voice is central in all outputs
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years in consumer research roles
Advanced proficiency in survey tools like Qualtrics and Forsta (required)
Expertise in panels, IHUTs, focus groups, ethnography
Ability to interpret data for both strategic and creative applications
Strong project management skills to run multiple studies simultaneously
Creative research thinking / ability to study hard-to-find audiences and concepts
Preferred
Pet industry experience a plus
