Government Reimbursement Manager
UC Davis Health Informatics is focused on minimizing risks associated with billing and reporting through compliance with governmental regulations. The Government Reimbursement Manager will oversee compliance audits, manage provider enrollment analysts, and ensure adherence to University policy while functioning autonomously with sound judgment.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience or training
3 years of supervisor or managerial experience required
Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid regulations
Demonstrated hospital management skills, with progressive expertise in regulatory compliance
Proven ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and assign work efficiently
Demonstrated leadership, fiscal and operations management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, business, and technical personnel at all levels, and external agencies
Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify problems and implement solutions
Demonstrated project management, interpersonal and communications skills to promote, support and introduce regulatory compliance activities across a broad spectrum of departments
Demonstrated abilities to prepare and present reports, work effectively with outside agencies, and convey complex information and instructions in a clear, concise, and specific manner
Knowledge of relevant healthcare information technology
