Responsibilities
Assist in the formation and annual maintenance of domestic and foreign legal entities
Provide paralegal and transactional support to attorneys across multiple practice groups
Assist with corporate documentation, transactional support, closing preparation, and basic due diligence coordination
Communicate with international clients (primarily in Spanish) to ensure timely completion of projects and document requests
Maintain organized digital files, calendars, and workflow systems consistent with firm protocols
Support firm initiatives and client service projects with professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion
Qualification
Required
Native or near-native Spanish (written and spoken) and fluent English
Bachelor's degree required
Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience in a law firm, corporate office, or professional services environment preferred but not required
Paralegal certification preferred but not required
