Workshop No5 is a full-service architecture and interiors firm in Austin, Texas. They are seeking a Project Manager to join on a part-time contract basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time position, responsible for managing client relationships and leading design direction across various projects.

Responsibilities

Leading design direction and coordinating project teams
Managing client expectations and relationships
Keeping projects on budget and running efficiently
Guiding teams through all phases of a project
Working on residential, commercial, and competition projects
Coordinating presentations, modeling, renderings, documentation, and permitting
Taking initiative, asking the right questions, and keeping the team motivated
Juggling multiple projects at different stages
Helping with quality control across all office projects

Required

Professional degree in architecture
8+ years of experience with a strong interest in materiality and interiors
Multifamily/hospitality experience is a must
Strong design skills—both architecturally and graphically
Solid understanding of all project phases (SD, DD, CD, CA) including drawing coordination, materiality, code, and detailing
Comfortable with Revit, Adobe products, and Bluebeam; bonus points for Enscape and rendering skills
Great communication skills and a positive attitude
Someone who works well independently and as part of a team

Registered architect preferred
