Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between recruitment teams, onboarding teams, and MSP stakeholders to ensure efficient requisition flow, candidate tracking, and resolution of operational escalations
Identify inefficiencies within the recruitment lifecycle and proactively recommend solutions to improve recruiter performance and candidate experience
Oversee data integrity and system usage across platforms including iCIMS, Fieldglass, direct sourcing technology, and internal trackers
Conduct regular audits of requisition and candidate data to ensure compliance and enable accurate reporting
Lead weekly reporting deliverables such as submission metrics, hiring funnel reports, trend analyses, and internal dashboards
Generate client-specific reports including submission reports, start/end audits, and talent pool summaries
Collaborate with IT and Talent Technology teams to resolve system issues, track tickets, and test enhancements
Prepare draft client-facing presentations including QBR and ABR decks, as well as internal executive reporting materials
Partner with Recruitment Marketing to highlight hot jobs and support outreach campaigns and newsletters
Audit job postings to ensure compliance and accurate placement
Project manage initiatives tied to onboarding efficiency, candidate satisfaction, and recruiter performance metrics
Standardize documentation for recurring processes, workflows, and escalation handling across accounts
Mentor and guide coordinators or recruiters on best practices for data accuracy, reporting, and candidate communication
Serve as the escalation point for recruiter support requests, associate inquiries, and client process bottlenecks

Required

1-4 years of experience in recruitment operations, HR operations, or staffing coordination; staffing agency or contingent workforce experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and produce actionable insights
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage recurring deliverables and competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS), VMS tools (Fieldglass), and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Bachelor's degree is required
