Motion Recruitment is seeking a Client Support – Associate to provide onsite IT support in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to employees, managing support tickets, and maintaining IT equipment in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, and networking
Install, configure, and maintain software, drivers, and utilities
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
Support onboarding by issuing laptops and setting up new users
Maintain and troubleshoot onsite printers
Manage 10–60+ support tickets per day (up to 80 on busy days)
Resolve issues via chat, remote support, and in-person assistance
Monitor systems, identify issues, and take corrective action

Required

1–3 years of IT / technical support experience (or equivalent education + experience)
1–3 years of customer service experience
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS
Basic experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers
Understanding of networking concepts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment with a flexible schedule

Preferred

VPN experience
Strong MS Office support experience
IT certifications or technical degree
Experience building and deploying laptops
