Allocates allotment of tax credits to each D&M offices
Issues available and retention tax credits
Conducts monthly audits to ensure the accuracy of tax credit accumulation
Assists department and management as requested
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred, at a minimum, GED or High School Diploma
1-3 years in customer service, banking, or operations
Sense of urgency
Ability to communicate effectively with managers and agents
Attention to detail and adherence to processes
Comfortable with computer software programs
