Responsibilities
Own marketing experiments end-to-end, from design through execution and impact measurement
Build and improve Python-based measurement and experimentation pipelines
Partner with senior engineers and data scientists to evolve the data infrastructure and analytical tooling
Create clear, high-impact dashboards and monitoring tools that surface what matters most
Lead deep-dive analyses across performance, audience behavior, monetization, attribution, and data quality
Translate complex findings into concise recommendations that influence strategy and budget decisions
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative research (marketing or growth experience strongly preferred)
Advanced SQL and hands-on experience working with large relational datasets
Strong proficiency with Python and modern analytics / visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Redash)
Deep understanding of statistical inference, experimentation, and hypothesis testing
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to tell clear stories with data
Preferred
Experience with geo experiments, causal inference, or synthetic control methods
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
