Capitol City Produce is seeking a Director of Employee Relationships & Development who is excited to lead, connect, and make an impact. In this role, you will partner with executive leadership to support employees at every stage of their journey and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Drive HR strategy that supports business growth
Lead the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to development to retention
Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and wellness programs
Be a visible, trusted leader for employee relations and compliance
Build a workplace culture where people feel supported and recognized
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
8–10+ years of HR leadership experience
Strong leadership presence and emotional intelligence
Experience with HR systems (Dayforce preferred)
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus
