Responsibilities
Lead overall program governance, planning, execution, and delivery for the S/4HANA implementation
Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality across all workstreams
Coordinate with business leaders in Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance
Ensure alignment with regulatory and audit requirements (SOX, Basel, IFRS, CCAR, etc.)
Oversee vendor and system integrator performance
Facilitate steering committee updates, executive reporting, and decision‑making
Drive integration across SAP modules (FI/CO, FPSL, TRM, BPC, GRC, etc.)
Ensure readiness for testing, cutover, and go‑live
Promote adoption of SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years managing large‑scale ERP programs (preferably SAP)
Must have led at least one full end‑to‑end S/4HANA implementation
Experience in banking, insurance, or capital markets
Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance and financial services processes
Proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams and global delivery models
