Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Assist clients in understanding their healthcare options
Educate potential members about the benefits of our solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor to support their decision-making process
Qualification
Required
Experience in Client Relations and building strong professional relationships
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to meet and exceed client needs
Strong Communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with clients
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Proven ability to educate and support clients, ensuring a positive onboarding experience
Preferred
Knowledge or experience with Insurance or healthcare-related services is a plus
Relevant experience in financial advisory or health-related fields is advantageous
