Responsibilities

Provide third level support for the MS 365 Platform (Exchange Online, MS Entra ID, Teams, Teams Voice, One Drive, SharePoint and Intune)

Offer subject matter expertise in Exchange Online, MS Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint and Intune

Collaborate with support personnel to design solutions that meet business requirements

Own the technical operations of the MS 365 environments, including design, implementation, maintenance, administration, and support

Create standard operating procedures, documentation, and scripts for process automation and reporting

Provide consultation and guidance to team members to improve customer service

Review current configurations and standards to recommend and implement enhancements

Ensure high availability and optimal performance with daily operational support

Work on tactical technical issues, troubleshooting, and resolution

Assess, implement, and support M365 security best practices
