Assistant Front Office Manager
Starwood Hotels is a luxury hotel brand management company committed to sustainability and exceptional guest service. They are seeking a service-minded Assistant Front Office Manager to lead and inspire the Front Office team, train new hires, and ensure excellent guest interactions.

Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the service team in the Front Office department
Train, supervise and help mentor new hires
Constantly interact with guests, welcoming them and ensuring their satisfaction
Teach team members to provide exceptional guest service
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment
Advanced knowledge of front office operations
Strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
Excels at communication, both verbal and written
Able to accommodate a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Preferred
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
