Responsibilities

Develop Client-Facing Sales Collateral: Create professional, persuasive sales materials such as capabilities decks, case studies, project briefs, and sales sheets
Maintain Sales Content Library: Govern and organize the business development library to ensure centralized, searchable access and reduce duplication. Maintain the process for content creation, coordinating with sales, marketing, and product owners
Create Training Resources: Design instructional materials including playbooks, onboarding guides, and process documentation for scalable training
Manage Sales Training Content: Structure and distribute training assets for streamlined access and improved adoption across the sales organization
Support Proposal Development: Assist in drafting, designing, and formatting RFP responses to enhance proposal quality and win rates
Design & Production: Utilize Keynote, InDesign, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality sales and training materials
Content Organization: Implement metadata tagging and SharePoint best practices for efficient content management and retrieval
Instructional Design: Develop onboarding and training programs that accelerate ramp-up and improve sales performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure messaging alignment and resource accessibility
Technology Utilization: Leverage proposal software (Panda Docs, Proposify) and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to support sales processes and proposals

Required

3+ years of experience in developing and organizing sales materials
Expertise in Keynote, InDesign, and PowerPoint
Strong proficiency with SharePoint and ShortPoint for content management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and operations
Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach

Preferred

Familiarity with proposal software (Panda Docs, Proposify) preferred
Experience with HubSpot is a plus
Experience in financial services is a plus
