The City of Commerce City is seeking a Seasonal Pool Manager to join their team at Paradice Island Pool. The role involves supervising aquatic staff, managing admissions and concessions, and ensuring pool maintenance while providing excellent customer service.

Required

Must be 18 years of age
Requires high school graduation or equivalent
Requires a minimum of two years' experience life guarding and managing at a public pool
Must have the ability to successfully complete lifeguard certification within 30 days of hire
Must have experience in telephone courtesy, cash handling and customer service
Must have PC computer knowledge and skills in Windows and MS Office Environment

Preferred

MS Word and ACTIVENET experience

Recreation Center Membership: Employees are eligible for a membership to the Commerce City Recreation Center for $5.00 per year.
Golf Course Green Fees: Employees can play the City's award-winning Buffalo Run Golf Course at a rate of $9.00 for 9-holes or $18.00 for 18-holes. Employees can also purchase golf merchandise at discounted prices.
Benefits: The city monitors the hours worked for seasonal and variable hour employees. In the event that they work more than 1,560 hours within the ACA measurement period, they will be offered health benefits.
Wellness: Employees are eligible to earn up to $100 for participation in various wellness activities offered by the City throughout the year.
Eligibility for Pay Increases: Employees are eligible for a pay increase around the time of their annual appraisal following a successful evaluation.
