Customer Account Manager
Aaron's is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Identify new business opportunities through networking, warm calling, and market research
Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales
Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology solutions
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies
Provide leadership and support to junior sales staff as needed
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales
Experience in business development, particularly in technology sales
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs
Ability to lead initiatives and motivate team members towards achieving sales targets
High school or equivalent
