Responsibilities

Identify, source, and screen IT professionals (software engineers, data analysts, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, etc.) for client roles
Develop innovative sourcing techniques to engage and interview a high volume of candidates by phone and in person
Collaborate with Account Executives to assess candidate suitability for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including outreach, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal teams to manage interview scheduling, prep/debrief calls, pay/benefits discussions, and pre-employment steps
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future client needs
Leverage relationships with candidates, clients, and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals
Conduct relationship management, pay discussions, and performance oversight for contract employees on assignment
Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members when needed
Partner with leadership and sales teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and successful placements

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working in an IT staffing agency environment is highly preferred
Strong relationship-building skills, including comfort with lunch meetings and on-site client visits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly competitive, results-driven, and process-oriented mindset
Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
