Responsibilities
Represent clients in divorce and family law matters, including:
Dissolution of marriage
Parenting time and decision-making
Child support and maintenance
Property and debt division
Manage a reasonable caseload with firm-provided administrative support
Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
Conduct client consultations and ongoing client communication
Collaborate with firm leadership and support staff
Maintain ethical, professional, and client-centered representation
Qualification
Required
Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado
0–7 years of experience practicing family law (or strong litigation background with family law interest)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional courtroom presence
Ability to manage deadlines and priorities independently
Preferred
Experience handling divorce and parenting cases
Familiarity with Colorado family law rules and procedures
Negotiation and settlement experience
