Responsibilities
Support the Branch Manager and office staff with onboarding and day-to-day operations
Coordinate pre-employment drug screenings
Maintain accurate personnel files (paper and electronic)
Document all communications with candidates and associates in our system
Assist with mass communications to employees
Serve as a liaison between applicants, associates, and the Operations Manager
Handle inbound phone calls and walk-in inquiries
Post job openings online and across social media platforms
Perform Support Specialist duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer/social media usage
