Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of experience in a Social Worker role preferably in a healthcare setting
Preferred
Prior Social Services Designee experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Bachelor's degree in Social work or similar field
Five (5) years of related experience
