This role involves supporting the design and implementation of employee experience strategies and enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives.

Responsibilities
Evaluate the current employee experience and identify improvement opportunities
Conduct benchmarking and research to inform strategy development
Collaborate with LTD subdepartments and IT to design and implement initiatives
Develop OKRs in partnership with LTD subdepartments
Assist in creating a digital workspace and dashboard for employee engagement
Qualification
Required
A rising college Junior, Senior or recent graduate
Strong GPA
Strong preference for Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related majors
Microsoft skills, analytical and logical thinking and problem solving
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially MS Teams
Familiarity with Power BI and Generative AI tools
