Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to design, implement, and support learning solutions and related business processes
Analyze business challenges from a technical and data perspective, including functional requirements, data flow, data quality, and data transformation
Document solution recommendations and options based on problem statements and analysis
Identify process improvement opportunities and assess impacts related to system and product releases

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience working in a distributed team model
Experience with compliance processes, eLearning development tools, and learning technologies
Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) implementation and maintenance
Knowledge of building and managing curricula within complex LMS platforms
Working knowledge of data analysis and providing actionable recommendations
Understanding of compliance standards and best practices for structuring and presenting learning content
Ability to define functional requirements and execute data analysis and integration tasks

Preferred

Experience with project management and product release processes
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to analyze and manipulate data using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
