Responsibilities
Operate CNC 5-axis horizontal mills with multiple pallets
Inspect first-run parts and collaborate with Quality Control to make adjustments
Monitor in-process parts to ensure consistent quality
Create fixtures and clamps as needed for specific jobs
Machine parts to blueprint specifications
Perform secondary operations such as tapping, deburring, and finishing
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience operating CNC 5-axis mills
Experience with Fanuc controls (Siemens Celos preferred)
Strong blueprint reading skills
Ownership of personal precision measuring tools
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently
Ability to follow written instructions accurately
Ability to lift 20+ lbs regularly
