Business Sales Executive
ALLO Communications is a company dedicated to community involvement and providing exceptional service. The Business Sales Executive will focus on driving business growth by promoting and selling fiber optic internet, cloud-based phone systems, and managed IT services to business customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
You will demonstrate excellence in all aspects of business-to-business sales development
A successful candidate will adhere to the ALLO core values of local, honest, exceptional, and hassle-free
Consistently drives the organization to exceed sales and revenue targets for the business sales division
Actively prospect and generate leads for new business sales opportunities in the assigned network area
Present and promote ALLO’s services to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and understand customers' requirements to tailor the best solutions for their specific needs
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position ALLO services in the marketplace
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent ALLO and generate leads
Work collaboratively and respectfully with internal partner teams to design and implement customer solutions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
3 years of proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
Experience driving business growth in an outside business-to-business sales environment
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools
Customer-focused mindset with exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional teamwork is a must
Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships
Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for technology
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Remain upright on feet for extended periods
Remain stationary for extended periods
Ability to communicate information
Ability to operate a computer
Possess/Maintain a valid Driver's License
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in telecommunications infrastructure, fiber internet services, or related technologies is preferred but not required
