Court Operations Director

NEOGOV is seeking a Court Operations Director for the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles, the largest unified trial court in the United States. Responsibilities

Lead division operations and planning by setting work plans, managing budgets and ensuring programs, processes and systems align with Court goals and service standards
Manage and develop staff performance through clear expectations, coaching, recognition and corrective action consistent with HR policies and labor agreements
Shape and execute division vision in collaboration with Court leadership and judicial officers, fostering a high-performing, service-oriented workforce and positive employee relations
Oversee strategic programs and policies, ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with Court-wide strategies
Advise Court leadership and partner with other divisions to drive process improvements and organizational effectiveness

Required

Six (6) years of experience as a Deputy Director or Senior Administrator for the Superior Court of Los Angeles County – AND – United States citizenship
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university -AND- two (2) years of experience as a Deputy Director or Senior Administrator for the Superior Court of Los Angeles County – AND – United States citizenship
Six (6) years of progressive responsibility managing multiple administrative support functions and/or operations in a Court or public entity at the level of Deputy Director or Senior Administrator – AND – United States citizenship
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university -AND- four (4) years of progressive responsibility managing multiple administrative support functions and/or operations in a Court or public entity at the level of Deputy Director or Senior Administrator – AND – United States citizenship

Preferred

Strong leadership skills with emphasis in leading organization wide initiatives
Experience working with Judicial Officers, labor groups, State and County government officials, and other stakeholders
